These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by business customers with LOPA SERVICES LIMITED on the BuyApplePro.com website. If you are not a business customer, please contact us at info@buyapplepro.com.
By placing an order, You agree to be bound by these Terms. Please ensure You have read and understood these Terms before placing Your order. Please note that LOPA SERVICES LIMITED is not a representative of Apple and we are not an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
Definitions
- "BuyApplePro" refers to LOPA SERVICES LIMITED (Company Number: 14993466, registered office: 500 Chiswick High Road, London, United Kingdom, W4 5RG), operating under the BuyApplePro brand.
- "You" refers to the business customer placing the order on the BuyApplePro.com website.
- "Terms" refers to these terms and conditions.
- "BuyApplePro Warranty" refers to the commercial warranty provided by BuyApplePro for its refurbished devices.
- "Day" refers to a business day in the United Kingdom. Weekends and public holidays are not considered business days.
- "FMI" refers to the Find My iPhone feature.
Business Customer
By placing an order, You agree to these Terms and represent that You have full authority to enter into this contract on behalf of Your organisation. You are obligated to provide full and accurate contact information, including Your name, company name, billing and shipping address, and email address. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of this information.
Products
BuyApplePro sells refurbished Apple devices. Every device undergoes a rigorous professional inspection and refurbishment process before being graded based on its cosmetic condition.
- Condition: While internal components are tested for full functionality, the aesthetic grade (e.g., Excellent, Very Good) refers to the external appearance of the device.
- Water Resistance: Because these are refurbished devices, BuyApplePro does not guarantee that the original water and dust resistance (e.g., IP67/IP68 seals) remain intact.
- Components: Refurbishment may involve high-quality third-party parts. On newer Apple models, you may see "Unknown Part" messages in settings; this is a normal system notification triggered by component replacement and does not impact performance or longevity.
Prices
Prices are listed exclusive of taxes (HT). Applicable VAT or other sales taxes will be added as required by law. Delivery costs are calculated separately and clearly displayed before You finalise Your order. BuyApplePro reserves the right to cancel an order if there is an obvious and material pricing error.
Payment
BuyApplePro accepts secure payment methods including credit/debit card and PayPal. The specific terms of these payment providers apply. BuyApplePro reserves the right to cancel any order if payment issues arise.
Delivery
All products are shipped from the United Kingdom.
- Processing: Orders are typically processed within 0–1 business days.
- Delivery Estimates: Shipping times depend on the carrier selected. BuyApplePro is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, carrier issues).
- Damage/Discrepancy: If a product arrives damaged or is not what You ordered, You must notify BuyApplePro at info@buyapplepro.com within 72 hours of receipt.
Returns & Cancellation
Note: No statutory right of withdrawal applies to business-to-business sales. Any returns or cancellations are subject to BuyApplePro's prior written approval.
- Returns Policy: Returns are only accepted with BuyApplePro's prior authorisation. Returned products must be in the exact condition they were received, including original packaging and accessories.
- Return Costs: You are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
- Refunds: If a return is accepted, refunds will be processed within 5 business days of BuyApplePro receiving the returned device.
- FMI Security Lock: Any security lock (e.g., Find My iPhone) must be disabled before returning a device. BuyApplePro cannot process a return or refund for a device locked to an Apple ID. If FMI is not disabled after our request, we reserve the right to return the device to You at your expense without a refund.
BuyApplePro Warranty
BuyApplePro provides a 12-month commercial warranty for all refurbished devices sold on BuyApplePro.com.
- Warranty Service: If a technical fault occurs under normal use, BuyApplePro will repair the device or replace it with a unit of the same model and cosmetic condition.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty is void if the
device has:
- Physical damage (e.g., cracked screen, severe dents).
- Water or liquid damage.
- Unauthorised repairs or opening of the device.
- Software issues caused by viruses or malware.
- Battery: The battery is covered for 12 months. Note that normal battery capacity loss due to regular use is expected and not covered as a defect.
Repair Process
To initiate a warranty claim, contact info@buyapplepro.com.
- Data Backup: You are solely responsible for backing up your data. BuyApplePro is not liable for any data loss during the repair process.
- Shipping for Repair: Devices must be securely packed when shipped for repair. You are responsible for the device until it reaches our repair facility.
Limitation of Liability
BuyApplePro's liability is limited to the total purchase price of Your order. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of data or loss of profits resulting from a device failure.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by English law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage You to first contact our support team to resolve any issues amicably.
